You are low temp.
Refers to the low pressures associated with the different freons and low temp's of the reach in's or walk in's.

Med./High Temp = a/c 35 to 45 SST
Med. Temp = coolers 10 to 30 SST
Low Temp = freezers -40 to -10 SST
Ultralow = labs, cryrogenics -50 and below

Or there abouts, and in between are the wierd applications!
