What is this Low temp

I work on supermarket / food store walk in freezers

Mostly Tecumsheh and Copelamatics.
What are they refering to by Low temperature
experience required.

You are low temp.
Refers to the low pressures associated with the different freons and low temp's of the reach in's or walk in's.

Med./High Temp = a/c 35 to 45 SST
Med. Temp = coolers 10 to 30 SST
Low Temp = freezers -40 to -10 SST
Ultralow = labs, cryrogenics -50 and below

Or there abouts, and in between are the wierd applications!
