My helper is moving on me. He came to us right out of school. He's been a good worker and it is going to hurt to lose em. Im curious if anyone knows of any companies in Omaha, Nebraska. He's been searching but hasn't found a good fit. If anyone hears anything I'd appreciate it so I could let him know.

He's looking for residential mostly. He would need some training in the light commercial department. Our company right now is out of Maine so we mostly deal with heat pumps and sometimes natural gas/propane.

I could provide a number for the distributor if he is interested, or I could call and get a few names he could call. I just think he may have better luck talking with an FSR or counter person to be able to get a better feel for the companies he calls.
