Too old and apparently dumb to post a photo but I use a set of "WIHA" ESD drivers, sixteen heads and one handle, suitable for circuit boards, about $50

I use this for control blocks that are push to release

This for most everything else, although much prefer the ones they used to give away that did not have a removable bit.
