Trane TD7 can not communicate with UC800

Hi, I buy a used TD7 which used to connect to UC600. Now I am going to connect it to a UC800 in RTHD. When I power it up and connect it with a ethernet cable to the UC800, the screen show "Display Failed to Establish Communication". The UC800 loads RTHD version 6.00 software. Which parts I do wrong?

The Ethernet cable is not connected between the display and the UC800.
• The UC800 is not powered.
• The UC800 just has the backup application running as received from the vendor. Download the RTHD application software.
• The UC800 has an invalid configuration. Download a valid configuration using the Tracer TU service tool. (I have meet it before. UC800 firmware is CTV.)

I keep pressing the service button when power up the uc800, and Confirn the operation in tracer tu. After the controller has been reset, I open a CH530 configuration in TU And save it into UC800. But the TD7 keeps showing comunication error.

I clear the UC800 and set it to RTHD v6.0. Still not work.

I connect my PC to TD7 via ethernet cable. In the Wireshark, I can see the TD7 having a static IP, 192.168.1.30, and looking for 192.168.1.4.

While UC800 looking for a DHCP Server.
