i have a supervisor that is not able to be reached thru its web interface. when i go to the application director i get the following error.

: Failed to bind to https port [443], http port [80], or both.

i know i am licensed for web. i had it showing about a month ago. the last time i needed to get web access. has anyone had this issue before?

found that i can log on when i disable the 80 port. and leave the 443 on. only problem is that when i reboot the web service automatically starts both 80 and 443. is there a way to disable 80 on start up?

I should have been more specific. The web service on the station supervisor services section starts both 80 and 443 at the same time. I have to go into the web service to stop 80 then the web browser will connect. This happens on reboot. Don’t know why.

If the https port cant bind to its desired port it will automatically renable http and disable https only. Figure out what is grabbing port 80 and 443 or find two ports you can use other then those. If you set it to https only and that chosen port can successfully bind then the http port will remain disabled and https only will remain enabled
