Does anyone know if it is possible to recover or reset platform credentials running on a supervisor station?

If it's a supervisor you should be able to login using any windows user local to that machine that has full administrator privileges. Or any domain user that has full admin. Or have someone make you an admin account.

Where is the Controls pro forum? I see Chillers/oil burners/etc listed under pro, but not controls?

I believe punk is onto something. If it's the supervisor like stated, any domain user account should login to the platform, or at least the active account that is logged into the machine that you're connected to.
