Nordyne electric furnace sequencer

I am going to replace a sequencer tomorrow and need to know what the replacement should be. It's a E2EB-015HA Intertherm furnace and the sequencer is a TOD 12s22 h24v 308850. I am not sure of what the heat on and cool off time was and don't wanna make 2 trips. Thanks.

You tube grayfurnaceman is using a contactor, in place of sequencer- don't like the click grayf post part # for silent contactor

I carry boxes of Q106's in the truck. This will fix about any electric furnace.
I had a fan relay bad on a modine old ceiling gas unit heater. I didn't have any 90380's so I put a sequencer on the fan.
