Amana compressor not working properly in 95 degree heat.

I want to get help for my central air conditioning system, what is good place to call?

I need someone with lots of experience. Would like with satisfaction guarantee.

I don't want to have to make repeat calls to get it fixed. I want it fixed first time if possible.

I want someone who can make the proper diagnosis and come to a solution on action to take.

What company in Los Angeles, California is good for that?

See the link for locating a contractor in my signature.

Have you tried washing out the condenser fins with a garden hose? That is something that's usually easy for a homeowner to do and it might fix your problem.

Some units have hail guards over them, which makes it harder and more time consuming because you will have to take it all apart before you can get to the coil to wash it. If it doesn't have anything covering the fins it should be pretty easy though. Just be fairly gentile with the garden hose so that you don't bend over and flatten the fins.

Amana is a model from goodman... It isn't a different company... So, it's really a goodman... With the Amana name on it.
Amana models often have additional controls, or higher efficiencies, or longer potential warranties.

ahhh....

I would call the guy that installed it less than 4 MONTHS AGO.
"Mfg Date: 4/13/2015"

Amana requires us to put a 1 year labor warranty on our installs.

That thing is literally brand new. What gives?

Also, I just checked, that unit was never registered.
Meaning it only has a 5 year part warranty.
You're probably still within the registration period.
You get 10 year parts when registered.

EDIT:

On second thought about your warranty.
"Failure by California and Quebec residents to complete the product registration form does not diminish their warranty rights."

So maybe not.

Whether you have to make a repeat call or not will depend upon the complexity of the problem. Have you ever demanded a satisfaction guarantee from you doctor?
