OK, strange, I know... My son accidentally washed his iPod while doing laundry. Although it is very clean, I want to get the water out.
I've done the bag of rice trick for two days, and it powers up, but there is still visible moisture behind the glass.
I got to thinking, I remove moisture from refrigeration systems all the time...... Why can't I do the same for the iPod? I'm thinking of putting it in a pressure cooker and drawing a deep vacuum.
Has anyone tried this? I'm a little worried about what might happen to the liquid crystal display. What are your thoughts?
