I'm getting pelted with 1/2" hail while looking at blue skies. Is this the end of the world?

We just got puonded for about 1 1/2 hours here...........tornado warnings, hail, etc...........wasn't as bad as the TV is making it out to be, though....as usual.
Musta made it's way west all the way to me. Lasted about 45 minutes but was pretty intense.
Hey, my Goodman heat pump held up just fine under that ice attack. Never even went into defrost

It was wild watching the hail bounce off of the grass in the front yard. You couldn't actually see the hail as it hit, so it looked like the lawn was punching up a bunch of ice balls out of the ground.
It's not that clear to see, but this is the best depiction of what I am referring to that the camera would capture;

Well! Another, much stronger storm just blew through! I'm pretty sure we had a tornado hit real close by because my house just got soaked from every window from horizontal rain blowing in. My garden has been leveled and there are branches everywhere. Not very good, but here are some pics;

You're woried about a hail storm being the end of the world, but put off seeing a doctor for a possible heart attack?!!!
