If this is the same source im thinking it is you can make good money, but you will work looooong hours and never be allowed to do your job properly, that is, if its the same source as the one in California.
I was disgusted with the quality of their work when i was there, negotiate the highest wage going in and dont budge.
Also look forward to gps tracking and if you work less than 12 hours they will call you whenever they wish and have you run a call to unplug a drain line ,again, whenever they wish.
Dispatch is ran by each dispatcher having a set number of calls to be run so,,,,,,,you will be a number, also get everything in writing up front , go in strong.

I get my 40+ every week, a truck to drive, uniforms supplied, major tools provided including leak detectors, health, vision and dental insurance, a matching 401k, life insurance, disability insurance, paid vacation, and other benifits. They have a program for training technicians, it is a self paced learning program where one can get merrit increases based on how well you do. One of the best places I have worked for. Been doing this trade for 28 years, 11 of which has been with Source.
Can't really knock them that bad. You will learn a lot about refrigeration as they take on all the convenient stores they can so they are always busy. If you are new it's a good stepping stone to a lot of various systems, mainly refrigeration. Management seems to depend on your location and branch.
